One of the most frequently asked questions we get is “how tight should my collar be?”.  The answer to that is definitely snug and we’re attaching a video link to demonstrate.  The most important thing to remember with a snug collar is that it has to come off at least at night so your dog’s neck can get a break.  Please let us know if you have any questions after watching the video.
